Hand Made Events successfully hosted Miami’s first pop up dinner on Virginia Key Beach
On Saturday November 8th, Over 600 Miamians gathered on the secret location of Virginia Key Beach for Miami’s first pop up dinner hosted by Hand Made Events. The inaugural and white themed picnic took place under the Miami stars as guests executed their own lavish table decorations and brought inspired cuisine and beverages.
At 5pm, attendees dressed in all white were invited to begin checking in where Acura provided man powered wagons to transport guests’ picnic items and party favors from check-in to the dinner location in style. At 7pm, elegant tables were set by the spontaneous revelers as they sat down to dinner and a special live performance by DJ Zen Freeman, courtesy of Acura.
After dinner, a synchronized lighting of sparklers was engaged as well as the release of sky lanterns that proved to be the highlight of the night. To commemorate the evening and all the while providing a unique opportunity to experience the all-new 2015 Acura TLX; the sedan was transformed into a custom photo booth allowing partygoers to capture the magic of the night. As a token of appreciation, Acura owners who presented their car key upon entrance received a special VIP gift.
The PopUp Dinner Miami benefiting Pérez Art Museum Miami, PAMM , was also sponsored by Whole Foods as they announced and handed out invitations to the upcoming opening of their first downtown Miami location. Korband Wines and Spirits provided an array of wine selections that were available for sale and complimentary after diner refreshments were also provided by online media partner Digest Miami and Juan Valdez coffee who fueled the dance party that ensued.
A truly magical night was had by all and will definitely remain a lifelong memory for those who took part in this first time unique experience.
