Building on the immense success of ‘Wombass,’ Tiësto reworks his infectious instrumental with vocals by Natalie La Rose. ‘The Right Song’ music video premiere today, January 22, 2015, as a transporting combination of sound and visuals.
Tiësto is known for his futuristic, dark bass notes, performing at festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Ultra. The Grammy winner was also the first Dj to open the Olympic Games in 2004. Produced by Oliver Heldens, the mastermind behind UK top single ‘Gecko (Overdrive)’ Tiësto’s heart dropping melody is elevated by La Rose’s dynamic and electrifying voice.
Directed by Shynola, the music video creates another weird and insightful narrative, the quality of which can be seen in their previous work with artists such as Coldplay and Radiohead. A girl clearing up the mess of an office party inspires her own dance sequence, falls in love with a vacuum, and rebels. Shaking fistfuls of shredded paper, she leaves the mess behind her. Combining a wild sense of fun and great visuals, this video makes you wish you had an office building to trash.
Now available to stream on Spotify and featured on Billboard, ‘The Right Song’ will hypnotize listeners into their own dance spotlight. It’ll turn tedious tasks into a choreographed solo, where moving to the beat is an instinct.
