This Fall 2013, Triumph, the world’s foremost international lingerie and shape wear company, is making its debut within the United States, as a new phase in their path of international expansion. Since 1886, Triumph has been instrumental in shaping the female silhouette, blending innovative technologies with bespoke craftsmanship in intimates and shapewear throughout the world. Starting from humble roots, Triumph has grown from an operation with six seamstresses producing handmade corsetry in a small barn in Wuerttemburg, Germanyto being one of the leaders of the international lingerie and shape wear business.  Nowadays, a high tech operation with close to 50 subsidiaries serving 120 markets and employing over 35,000 people worldwide, these makers of lingerie use innovative technologies to test the boundaries of what is possible, combining art and science, passion and love for detail to make and market, what is, quintessentially, still a handmade garment.
