Traymore Restaurant and Bar at the newly opened Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, is celebrating Easter weekend with its first Easter Brunch menu and two special evenings of live entertainment with a Spanish theme.
On Sunday, April 20th, from 11:00am to 4:00pm, Executive Chef Jonathan Lane and Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves will showcase an exquisite Easter brunch buffet; featuring house made patisserie, yogurts and seasonal Florida fruits. An exclusive selection of hot breakfast and lunch items, straight from the South Florida farmyards, will accompany the elaborate brunch buffet as part of an additional à la carte menu. At a set price of $85pp (plus tax and gratuity), guests will receive a complimentary Mimosa, Bellini or Bloody Mary upon arrival and enjoy discounted valet parking. For children 8 years and under, a $35 children’s menu will be available along with a choice of chocolate Easter eggs especially crafted and designed by Executive Pastry Chef Alves. On Friday, April 18th and Saturday, April 19th, Metropolitan By COMO, Miami Beach invites guests for a relaxing evening of Spanish Culture and Cuisine at the new Traymore Restaurant and Bar.
Celebrate the senses with an evening of light entertainment while enjoying an exquisite four-course dining experience courtesy of Executive Chef Jonathan Lane and Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves. The evening will feature a special guest appearance and highly anticipated performance by the world renowned Flamenco Musician and Master Yoga Instructor from Madrid, Chema Vílchez. As one of the most prestigious jazz, world music and Flamenco fusion musicians in the world, with many international tours, eight published albums and collaborations with some of the best jazz musicians on the international scene, Chema is currently teaching yoga and meditation workshops around the globe during a world tour with his new project UNITY – Yoga Music Experience, while converging music and the spirit of yoga. The four course prix fixe menu and live music performance is priced at $85pp (plus tax and gratuity) with a choice of 6:30pm or 9:00pm seatings on Friday, April 18th or Saturday, April 19th.
An Evening with Chema Vílchez will offer a special four course prix fixe menu, created especially by Executive Chef Jonathan Lane and Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves that will include Garden strawberry gazpacho and Marconna almond crunch to start; Alaskan sockeye salmon and Spring pea and wild ramp risotto to follow; Colorado veal short rib with Morel mushrooms, asparagus, young potatoes and Green garlic veal jus as the entrée, and Macaron with berries, mango sorbet and raspberry coulis for dessert.
