In the city of Atlanta, talent is always found within a struggle, a peaceful setting, or in the studio. Individuals may rap or sing whatever their emotions are feeling at that certain time. The music that means the most to a lot of artists are the ones that has meaning. Alexis Ayaana displays that in all of her songs. She has talent and a soulful personality that resembles Aaliyah.
Ayaana has been into music since she was very little, “I love music; Music is something that i am so passionate about. I love the way it could help somebody get through their day or make them get up and dance. It is very exciting to see.”
While Alexis is gearing up for many songs to drop in the future, she attends Clark University. “Education is very vital in this world and having an educational background is something that needs to be pushed back into the world.” While Alexis is a singer, she also has done fashion shows and model quite a bit. She has not modeled in some time, because she is focused with getting her music out there.
“The difficult part with being in the music industry is the process that could be lengthy. I am very impatient when things does not go the way I want them to go. Some people may even reject you or your music, but that is the time for you to grind more. You have to show this people that you mean business and the only way of doing so is showing them action. Anybody can say hey listen to my music, but it means much more when you can handle the pressures of rejection and show the world that you will be here.”
Alexis has a way with reaching people through her talent and music, which people can relate to.”In order to get up and live your dream, you have to take the punches of rejection, learn from them, and go out their and strive to be better than good. Always be inspired for great, because greatness is what sets you apart from other people in this business.”
“live life in a positive way and go for your dreams. Never let anybody stop you from going out there and making things happen for yourself. You have the power to be great and inspire people in whatever you are trying to do in life.”
