Fontainebleau lives up to its iconic status once again as it brought in 2014 with a bang! Recording artist Pharrell Williams, DJ Afrojack, and Tiesto delivered a series of unforgettable performances at the luxurious Miami Beach resort. Co-hosting a poolside concert is no easy feat although Williams and Afrojack made it seem that way. While the duo performed New Year’s Eve poolside under the stars, electronic dance music superstar Tiesto threw down the all-night party to a full house at the infamous LIV nightclub. The artists appeared on the expansive Fontainebleau poolscape and lead the final countdown to the New Year at midnight. Other notable attendees included Ryan Philippe accompanied by his girlfriend Paulina Slagter and T.I. who later joined Williams onstage. Real Housewife of Miami Lisa Hochstein was also in the midst of the festivities.

Tiesto has become a universal phenomenon with over 14 million friends on Facebook, 1.5 million followers on Twitter, over 400 million views, and 800 thousand subscribers on his YouTube globally syndicated Club Life radio show. Voted ‘The Greatest DJ Of All Time’ by Mixmag in 2011 and the number one DJ by Rolling Stone, Tiesto has worked with superstars such as Kanye West, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Nelly Furtado, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Goldfrapp, and many more.
With three established musicians, an upscale venue such as Fontainebleau, and a location like Miami Beach, there’s no such thing as bringing in the New Year wrong!
