KLIMA Restaurant and Bar – a newly developed culinary concept inspired by contemporary gastronomy from Barcelona – presents its inaugural Valentine’s Day menu, that will not only showcase the restaurant’s finest in Barcelona-inspired cuisine, but have your loved one drooling over the sight of every sumptuous dish, courtesy of Chef Ilde Ferrer.

Chef Ilde presents a set menu that offers a selection of the finest dishes the restaurant has to offer, demonstrating why KLIMA Restaurant and Bar has become one of the most admired establishments in the city. KLIMA’s very first Valentine’s Day menu will consist of a three-course feast priced at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).  Every dish is prepared using Barcelona’s precision cooking techniques that are based upon slowly heated ingredients for the sauces and seasonings that accompany the delicate pastas, meats and fish – using only the finest in local produce, or when necessary, the very best flavor combinations imported directly from Spain.

Select meats on the menu at KLIMA Restaurant and Bar are cooked to perfection in the Josper Oven – a unique charcoal-filled indoor oven originating from Spain, created to grill meats evenly and with a perfect tenderness, resulting in a taste similar to that of an outdoor barbeque. The Josper Oven at KLIMA is only one of two currently being used in South Florida.

The Valentines Day menu at KLIMA Restaurant and Bar will be available on Sunday, February 14th, between 6:00 pm and 12:30am at a price of $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a three-course pre-fix dinner menu.  A special selection of wines by the bottle or by the glass will also be available at the regular menu price.
