Zines, Art, and Creativity Collide – The Print Culture Moment of the Year
The Miami Zine Fair is back and ready to make its mark in the Miami Design District on Saturday, April 19. This year, the fair celebrates a decade of the EXILE Project, a decade of community, creativity, and self-expression. Over the years, it’s evolved into a hub where independent voices thrive, and this special anniversary edition is set to push the boundaries even further.
What started in 2015 as a gathering for artists, writers, poets, and activists to share their zines has become a cultural staple, bringing together like-minded creatives from all walks of life. This year, expect a jam-packed weekend filled with fresh zines, immersive art, hands-on workshops, and live performances that’ll spark conversations and inspire new ideas.

From letterpress demos with Extra Virgin Press to instant-camera zine activations by Tutti Frutti, a photobooth by Nadja Moon, and a poetry domino slam, there’s something for everyone. Special projects, such as these, will give attendees the chance to engage directly with the artists and creatives behind the work. The Miami Zine Fair is more than just an event—it’s a living, breathing celebration of collaboration and the power of print. Best of all, the event is free and open to the public, welcoming anyone who wants to be part of the creative energy.
Presented in partnership with O, Miami Poetry Festival, Sweat Records, Radiator Comics, Miami Paper & Printing Museum, and Dale Zine, this year’s fair is a true reflection of what happens when creatives unite around a shared passion. It’s a space to connect, create, and celebrate the enduring power of independent print culture. Whether you’re a zine enthusiast or new to the scene, this event is an opportunity to dive deep into the world of self-publishing and print, all while supporting a local creative community.
