On Thursday, June 25th, 2015, the grand opening of Suitsupply’s first Florida retail location took place in one of the liveliest cities in Florida, Miami Beach. Guests, which included Suitsupply CEO Fokke de Jong and VP Nish de Gruiter, enjoyed signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvre as well as a mix of relaxing lounge vibes and classic pop favorites. The posh 6,000-square-foot penthouse-level store, located near Collins Avenue and Lincoln Road, offers customers in-house alterations, a luxurious outdoor patio with a clear, panoramic views of the fashion mecca’s skyscrapers, Art Deco landmarks, a view of Miami’s famous beaches, and a retro classic store setting with plenty of authentic pieces to satiate the average customer’s expectations.
Notable guests included City of Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine, City of Miami Beach Commissioner Michael Grieco, Alan Randolph, Bertil Espegren, Brandon Weitz, Chapman Ducote, Dan Scala, Daniela Swaebe, Fabian Basabe, Frederic Marq, Irene Marie, Jennifer Valoppi, Mack Scott and Michael Comras.
