Miami’s hottest VIPs celebrated the opening of the all new Avi & Co. store in the heart of the Miami Design District on Thursday, May 4. The celebrities joined Avi & Co. Founder and CEO Avi Hiaeve for the store’s exclusive grand opening, which coincided with Miami Race Week. The event also celebrated Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Haute Living, as rapper Rick Ross made a surprise appearance performing a 45-minute set.
Celebrity guests included Latin singer J Balvin, Israeli music artist Itay levy, Latin singers Nicky Jam and Anuel, Papi Steak owner David Einhorn, artist Alec Monopoly, and the star of Bravo TV’s Family Karma, Avni Parekh. It was a night to remember, as celebrities mingled with invited guests.
Avi & Co. displayed its newly launched private-label watches for men and women at the grand opening. Hiaeve presented J Balvin with Avi & Co.‘s very special Model AH10 watch, valued at $275,000, as a birthday gift.
Avi & Co. worked for over a year on the private label collection which includes a 44mm 120ct gold watch valued at $350,000, a 42mm 90ct gold watch valued at $275,000, and a 42mm 80ct gold watch valued at $225,000 in white and rose gold. Visitors to the grand opening were able to see the exclusive line of watches before anyone else.
Hiaeve opened his first Avi & Co. Store location in New York more than a decade ago at the age of 16. His expertise in the watch industry led him to become one of the go-to watch collection curators for celebrities and luxury watch collectors.
The jewelry expert has built a fanbase of celebrities over the years. Many celebrities use Hiaeve’s services to purchase luxury timepieces and jewelry. Hiaeve’s celebrity fans include Drake, Nicky Jam, Maluma, J Balvin, Sylvester Stallone, and Jamie Foxx.
