Miami has unveiled its Host City Poster for the FIFA World Cup 26™, a vibrant and artistic tribute to the city’s culture and passion for fútbol. The poster, revealed on March 24, 2025, at Wynwood Walls, was designed by Rubem Robierb, a Miami-based artist known for his bold visual style.
The artwork features a flamingo in motion atop a soccer ball, its panels showcasing iconic Miami landmarks—from South Beach and Little Havana to palm-lined streets and Art Deco buildings. This striking design captures Miami’s exuberant spirit and connection to the sport, reflecting the city’s dynamic cultural fabric.
Robierb’s design was selected through a competitive process involving nine local artists, chosen for its ability to represent Miami’s unique identity and its deep-rooted passion for fútbol.
“Miami is a global stage, and with the FIFA World Cup 26™ on the horizon, we are thrilled to spotlight our city’s artistic and cultural richness through this iconic piece of art,” said Janelle Prieto, Chief Marketing and Community Officer of the Miami Host Committee. “Rubem’s creation brilliantly represents our city and its passion for fútbol. His design will inspire fans from all around the world as we gear up to host the world’s biggest fútbol celebration.”
The unveiling event included remarks from Alina T. Hudak (President & CEO of the Miami Host Committee) and Janelle Prieto (Chief Marketing & Community Officer), alongside appearances by Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Mayor Francis Suarez, and Mayor Rodney Harris. Freestyle legend Laura Biondo showcased her record-breaking skills, while NBC anchor Sheli Muñiz emceed the celebration.
The poster is one of 16 distinctive posters representing each Host City of the FIFA World Cup 26™, with Miami’s design joining 15 others across North America.
With Miami set to host seven matches at Hard Rock Stadium from June 11 – July 19, 2026, the city is preparing to welcome fans from all corners of the globe. The poster will play a central role in local campaigns and fan activations as the tournament draws near.
