From Hillsboro Beach to Miami Beach

“Why not live like you are on a permanent vacation?  With these new options in South Florida it’s easy”

The latest global hospitality brand to enter the South Florida residential market is from the Rosewood Hotel Group. Rosewood is a unique global collection of luxurious residential-style hotels founded in 1979.  Each one is inspired by the culture, history and geography of each location.  Now, in South Florida the Rosewood brand is introducing Rosewood Residences in both Hillsboro Beach and Miami Beach, Florida.  Both developments are in pre-construction stages with delivery anticipated in approximately three years.

Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach

Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach will be the first large-scale luxury development in the area in 20 years.  It will be located on a pristine stretch of coastline between Boca Raton and Pompano Beach in an area known as ‘Millionaire Row’.  It will be an exclusive enclave of 92 high-end condominiums and villas, as well as 11 private boat slips.  They will all have stunning waterfront views of either the ocean or intracoastal as well as incorporate many of the Rosewood resort-style amenities.  It is being co-developed by Related Group and Dezer Development.  The yacht-inspired curved architecture is being designed by Arquitectonica and interiors by Dutch design firm, Piet Boon with organic elements and earthy colors.  The units will offer two to five bedrooms from 2800 to 6400 square feet starting at $4 million for intracoastal views and $5 million for oceanfront views.

Rosewood The Raleigh Miami Beach

Miami Beach’s iconic 1940’s Raleigh Hotel designed by renowned architect, Lawrence Murry Dixon will be thoughtfully revived alongside a brand new tower to join the Rosewood Hotel & Resorts Collection.  Raleigh’s legendary pool, one of the most famous in the world, will be carefully restored.  Shvo Development is at the helm of this project alongside architect, Peter Marino.  The Rosewood Hotel will have 60 rooms and suites, while the new 17-story tower will have 44 residences. More details are still unfolding on this unique development on the shores of South Beach.
