On Friday, February 7th, 2025 Art Hearts Fashion hosted a panel led Alex Salazar, President of Arizona Fashion Week, featuring Erik Rosete, President of Art Hearts Fashion; Danny Nguyen, President of Houston Fashion Week The Grid Show; and Shira Karney, Assistant Director of Fashion Art Toronto. The panelists discussed how Art Hearts Fashion has successfully acquired and integrated designers from across the country, bridging the gap between Midwest Fashion and New York Fashion Week. The discussion highlighted AHF’s efforts to expand its reach by making participation in major fashion events merit-based. Designer Lena Mars exemplifies this journey, transitioning from student to fashion designer at NYFW with the support of FIT, AHF and Professor Shirley Reynozo from the Black and Latino Studies Department at Baruch College.
As guests marvelled at the runway, the space was filled by AHF’s resident DJ Møya Rey.
