The next trend in Luxury Living:

“Living the Foodie Lifestyle”

Miami seems to have run out of luxury hotel brands to choose from, so the next new condo partnerships are with Michelin and James Beard award-winning chefs, branded restaurants and sommeliers.

Heck, if you are paying today’s prices for luxury living, why not have access to your own personal chef, private dining room, wine enoteca and private club or speakeasy?

Comfort, convenience, privacy and wellness features are pillars of the luxury lifestyle in Miami.

And now the hottest new condo amenity is guaranteed restaurant reservations!

Or your own celebrity condo chef to cook for you!

Miami has become a true foodie town. Last year Michelin finally included Miami in their annual guide

and featured many amazing restaurants that reside here.

World renowned Cipriani restaurants with outposts in city centers like NYC, London, Dubai, Monaco, Miami, Mexico City etc…now have Cipriani Residences Miami in pre-construction stage bringing Cipriani branded condos here. The development will have a Cipriani private dining room.

Casa Tua, another Italian restaurant/lounge brand got its start in Miami and added Aspen. Now their homegrown soulful concept is being adapted for the Miami condo lifestyle with its own dining, enoteca, members’ club etc…in the name of ORA by Casa Tua condos in the heart of Brickell in downtown Miami.

They will have Terra, a 24-hour gourmet market, Fuoco restaurant, UVO enoteca with over 500 labels and Vento, a 2-story rooftop experience.

Major Food Group (MFG) known for some of the coolest restaurants around (Carbone, Dirty French, Contessa…) is partnering up with two top Miami developers to create this special lifestyle in Miami called Villa Miami offering luxury condos. The renowned Carbone restaurant chef/owner, Mario Carbone even designed the condo kitchens for this development. They will have a new MFG 2-story direct bay restaurant that always has your reservation and a members’ lounge for liquid libations.

While this new oceanfront development in Miami Beach does not bear the name of a famous restaurant, it will be the first here to have their very own Michelin-starred chef, Shaun Hergatt. His claim to Michelin fame include many NYC restaurants. In Perigon, Hergatt will create a Mediterranean cuisine concept called Noto and Fifty Three, a speakeasy cocktail lounge.

While Bentley Residences follows the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles and soon to be finished, Aston Martin Residences in Miami as another luxury car branded building, it is also getting in on the culinary condo concept. Bentley Residences have signed celebrity chef, Todd English to create a special residents-only restaurant overlooking the pool and ocean. The partnership was announced during the South Beach Wine and Food Festival in February with English hosting a wagyu tasting at the Bentley Residences sales lounge. The star chef will be on hand for residents-only special events

like wine pairings and food demonstrations.

All of these new developments in the Greater Miami area are in pre-construction stages.

Now is the best time to buy as prices continually increase over time until completion.

Buying pre-construction allows payments over time during the construction process.

Where would you like to eat, drink, sleep, repeat in Miami?
