A free 23-day waterfront fan experience at Bayfront Park with live broadcasts, performances, and activations during the FIFA World Cup 2026
Miami is getting ready to take on one of the most visible roles of the FIFA World Cup 2026—and at the center of it, FIFA Fan Festival Miami at Bayfront Park will anchor the city’s public-facing experience.
Running from June 13 through July 5, 2026, the free waterfront installation will extend across more than 436,000 square feet, effectively creating a second stadium in the core of downtown. Daily attendance is expected to reach up to 30,000, with giant digital screens broadcasting matches throughout the tournament and a 10,000-capacity amphitheater staging live performances, cultural programming, and entertainment between fixtures.
“This summer, the eyes of the world will be on Miami-Dade, and Bayfront Park is where we show them who we are. The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will be filled with the passion, energy, and pride that define our community,” said Daniella Levine Cava.
“Miami is ready to welcome the world. The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will turn Bayfront Park into a joyful waterfront gathering place where families, neighbors, and visitors can come together to celebrate the beautiful game and the spirit that makes our city so special,” said Eileen Higgins.
“The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will bring the energy and spirit of the World Cup directly into the heart of our city,” said Rodney Barreto.
The FIFA Fan Festival Miami goes beyond match screenings, positioning Miami itself at the center of the experience.

A Global Game. A Miami Expression.
Designed as an immersive, multi-sensory experience, the festival blends the global scale of the FIFA World Cup 2026 with the cultural identity of South Florida. Fans will engage through interactive experiences, community-led programming, and live entertainment reflecting the diversity, rhythm, and energy of Miami’s neighborhoods. Set against Miami’s waterfront, Bayfront Park becomes both a gathering place and a cultural stage.
A key installation, Faces of Fan Festival, will build a cumulative visual archive across the 23 days. Fans will contribute images and messages to a growing public display—a collective expression of global fandom that will live on beyond the tournament as a symbol of connection and shared experience.
The festival will also integrate Miami’s official Host City campaign, One Game. One Passion. / Un Juego. Una Pasión., reinforcing the city’s role as both host and cultural interpreter through programming and community participation.
Operational planning places a clear emphasis on accessibility and comfort. Shaded areas, hydration stations, and cooling elements will be distributed throughout the venue, addressing the demands of South Florida’s summer climate. Coordination between public safety agencies, emergency services, and event organizers is intended to ensure a secure and seamless experience across all 23 days.
