Where Parisian influence meets the rhythm of the Miami River
The Miami River has played many roles in the city’s history, but in recent years it has also become a place to gather. Kiki on the River, set inside a historic former fish market along the water, has been central to that shift, transforming the riverfront into a destination where dining and atmosphere carry equal weight.
On Sunday, January 18, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the restaurant introduces “Kiki in Paris,” a new weekly Sunday brunch that also marks the debut of Kiki on the River’s updated brunch menu. The concept draws inspiration from Parisian style while staying rooted in the Mediterranean sensibility that has defined Kiki since its opening.
The afternoon unfolds along the river with pink attire encouraged and Whispering Angel Rosé poured throughout service. The menu features freshly baked croissants in classic butter, pistachio, and salmon with eggs, alongside macaroons and signature brunch dishes including the Kiki Lobster Benedict, Classic Shakshuka, and Aegean French Toast.
Beyond the table, the experience extends into fashion, wellness, and music. Big Drop NYC presents a curated Kiki Collection pop-up, while luxury IV treatments from Taja Drip will be available from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. DJ Lune Tautou sets the tone from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, providing a relaxed soundtrack that complements the riverfront setting.
The space is styled with floral installations and subtle Parisian references, including hostesses dressed in pink berets and dresses, creating a visual contrast against the raw, historic character of the river. The result feels considered rather than themed, allowing the setting, food, and company to remain the focus.
Following its launch, “Kiki in Paris” will continue weekly, offering a Sunday brunch experience that reflects Kiki on the River’s ongoing relationship with the Miami River—one shaped by history, hospitality, and a sense of place.
