Santia Deck, who is a fitness trainer and a track runner, loves to inspire people by pushing them past their limits. “I love a challenge and if you think that I will baby you than you have came to the wrong person. I want you to challenge yourself why you are with me. I need you to push and exceed your goals. If you are not ready to jump over the goals that you have set, do not come out and work out with me.”

Santia is known to be goal oriented. “If I want something bad enough I go for it, you cant be scared of failing. In life you will fail, but it is up to you and your support system to build you back up. I personally enjoy watching my clients push themselves and exceed their goals.” I get really excited when they tell me how much that they enjoy me pushing them to a higher level that they did not know that they had. It is very enjoyable.”

Santia has had obstacles with being a fitness instructor as well. “Some of the clients I have have had only wanted to take me and was not serious about the training that I was going to give them. I am very serious about my work and I do not have time for clients to waste time. I am here to motivate my clients to live a more healthier life and to push them to get where they need to go.”

Santia’s figure is something that motivates her clients. She is very fit and has some solid abs that many people would kill for. She uses her body as an example to motivate them. “I am a gym nerd. I am always at the gym and eating healthy. When my clients see me always in the gym and how I stay in shape, they would want to ask me how did I get like that and that motivates them to eat more healthier or do more to get a more solid shape.”

Outside of being a fitness trainer Santia is pursuing goals with being on a future reality show and going to the Olympics in 2016. “Both of these goals are something that I am very excited for. I always wanted to be a runner in the Olympics, but to have an opportunity with being on a reality show is awesome. Something very different, but I am just excited to try something new.”

Santia has a message that has inspired a lot of her clients; “Never accept the norm! Go out there and make it happen! Push yourself, even when you body feels so tired, because at the end of your goal you will be satisfied with your results.”
