Louis Vuitton introduces Ambre Levant, the latest fragrance creation from Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. The unisex scent explores the quiet transition between day and night, when light softens and warm tones begin to emerge.
Ambre Levant is built around a contrast of amber and oud, two classic materials in perfumery reinterpreted in a contemporary way. Rather than focusing on intensity, the composition emphasizes clarity, balance, and smooth progression across each stage of the scent.
The opening is bright and refined. Mandarin provides a soft citrus freshness that feels smooth rather than sharp. Spices follow with subtle definition. Cardamom adds lift, cinnamon introduces warmth, white pepper brings a light dryness, and saffron adds depth without heaviness. Together, they create a structured and luminous introduction.
