A newly developed brunch menu and the very best in seasonal seafood dishes courtesy of Chef Jonathan Lane has The Traymore poised for the weekend
Traymore Restaurant and Bar at Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, has announced a new Saturday brunch menu as well as the start of its Seafood Sunday Supper series.
Executive Chef Jonathan Lane invites locals, visitors and hotel guests to experience a newly developed brunch menu within the serene Traymore Restaurant and Bar consisting of a series of carefully crafted plates “From The Kitchen” together with the freshest selection from the “Seafood Corner,” as well as a number of sweet selections from “The Crepe and Pastry Corner.”
Guests are able to enjoy a variety of brunch items on the menu From The Kitchen, that includes: crab cake benedict “Sandwich” ($14); lobster and avocado grilled cheese ($14); seafood cobb salad ($12); Brioche French toast ($12); The Cuban sandwich ($13); Smoked Salmon Club ($14) and pan roasted Florida snapper ($17). The Seafood Corner offers west coast and east coast oysters ($3 per oyster); Miguel’s Ceviche ($10) and the Seafood Plateau (small $68 or large $135). From The Crepe and Pastry Corner are a number of delicately crafted desserts and pastries that include: crepe ($8), galette ($10), a selection of croissants, muffins, Danish pastries ($9 for 4 pieces), mini desserts ($4 each) or Fresh Seasonal Fruit ($10).
The Traymore brunch cocktails are offered at $12 each or $20 for an unlimited amount, and include The Classics (Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Bellini) or the signature Traymore Gin Punch, made from gin, citrus fruits, pineapple and bitters. A special selection of Ayala Champagne by the glass or by the bottle is also available.
Now underway, each and every Sunday starting at 6:00pm, is Seafood Sunday Supper at The Traymore Restaurant and Bar. Executive Chef Jonathan Lane has selected the very best in seasonal seafood for the summer, presented on a menu with dishes served family style for $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) that also includes a glass of Augsti Cava from Spain. The Seafood Sunday Supper Menu includes: Farmers Garden Salad, Sweet Corn and Garden Potato Boil, Steamed Florida Clams, Fried Mahi Mahi and Grilled Lobster Tails.
Brunch at The Traymore Restaurant and Bar is every Saturday from 10:30am to 3:00pm. Seafood Sunday Supper is every Sunday from 6:00pm to 11:00pm.
