The day went quite simple, London coached up the youth, while they took in the necessary information to better their skills. The children were very attentive and had asked London different ways that they could better their techniques.

The drills that London was showcasing were catching the ball while running, catching the ball while come back to the QB, over the shoulder catches, and catching the ball while you were covered. Some of the children struggled with catching the ball over the shoulder, but within time London had build up their confidence to the point they were make back shoulder catches with ease.

London had also put together a challenger’s course as well. The challenger’s course was as followed highest point drills, footwork drills with catching the ball at the highest point, late hands catch and a best hand challenge. London was proving a point to the prospects that you had to up your game if you wanted to make it into the NFL or even the CFL.

The day ended in laughter with a whole bunch of excited and tired faces. Each of the participants had gotten some great tips on being a better football player, as well as a better team player. “Football is not just a one man’s effort, it requires everybody to put in the same amount of effort to become championship material.”
