MIAMI, FL – July 31, 2025 — This August, R House Wynwood is turning up the volume while keeping guests cool with an irresistible lineup of world-famous drag brunches, sizzling boylesque nights, and themed celebrations that capture the energy of summer in Miami. Pair that with a groundbreaking Miami Spice 2025 program and you have one of the city’s most anticipated dining-and-nightlife experiences.

Running August 1 through September 30, R House’s Miami Spice menus offer diners a unique blend of culinary innovation and vibrant atmosphere. Guests can choose between:
- $35 Three-Course Brunch – with a welcome cocktail and creative main courses.
- $45 Three-Course Dinner – featuring bold appetizers, mains like prime NY strip and grilled octopus, and indulgent desserts.
- $60 Party Dinner Option – an unprecedented two-course menu with bottomless handcrafted margaritas or mojitos, the first of its kind for Miami Spice.
“For Miami Spice this year, we wanted to give Miami something that truly stands out,” says Chef Rocco Carulli, co-founder and executive chef. “The food is playful, flavorful, and just a little unexpected — the perfect match for the R House experience.”
Every weekend in August, guests can expect high-energy performances, special guest stars, and immersive themes that make every visit a party:
- Yas Queen Fridays – Hosted by London Adour and FKA Twink.
- World-Famous Drag Brunch (Sat & Sun) – Featuring stars from RuPaul’s Drag Race
including Mhiya Iman Lepaige (S16) and Mia Starr (S18).
- After Dark Saturdays – Miami’s ultimate boylesque night with King Adonis’ “It’s Raining Men” and celebrity impersonations.
