Two Michelin Star Chef Mellino channels the sophisticated simplicity of Italian fine dining and slow food culture to create a $75pp 3 course Thanksgiving Brunch experience. The meal begins with a Bronze Table Antipasti Bar, which features typical ingredients of a traditional Italian antipasto including Marinated Artichokes, Stuffed Zucchini, Stuffed Red Peppers, Stuffed Red Tomatoes, Italian caracheters: prosiutto, mortadella, bresaola, salami station, Selection of Cheeses, Eggplant Parmesan, Nicolse Salad, Organic Farmed Lettuces with selection of house dressing, Mediterranean Style Grilled Organic Vegetables, Heirloom Tomato & Basil Salad, and Homemade Bread Experience.

The culinary journey continues with a choice of Organic Egg French Omelet with homemade toasted bread and choice of cheese, ham, mushroom, onion, fine herbs, Linguine “alla Nerano” with zucchini and parmesan, Pumpkin Homemade Ravioli, Traditional Oven Baked Stuffed Turkey with organic pumpkin with onion, sausage, organic cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes, or Fresh Catch of the Day with vegetable tempura.

End the feast with the Dessert Buffet Style, which features Organic fruit crostata, vanilla crème brûlee, chocolate profiteroles, apple pie, chocolate cake, Neapolitan Donuts, Traditional Pumpkin Cake, Honey Onyx Pistachio Gelato for the table (+15), and a Selection of Seasonal Fruit.

Skip the preparation at home and celebrate at Nautilus South Beach’s Midcentury-style beachside hotel eatery, the Nautilus Cabana Club. Priced at $55 per person, the Mediterranean hotspot will prepare a Traditional Thanksgiving Buffet from 11:30am-6pm, featuring appetizers of Seafood Ceviche, Roasted Corn and Quinoa Salad, Little Gem Salad, Kale Salad, Roasted Beet Salad, Orzo and Sundried Tomato Salad, and Butternut Squash Soup, Mezee & Antipasto such as Humus Dip, Eggplant Dip, Tzatziki, Pickled Vegetables, Roasted Sweet Peppers, Cold Cuts and Assorted Cheese, a Carving Station featuring Roast Turkey with wild mushrooms stuffing, preserve cranberry and rosemary au jus, Atlantic Salmon with brown butter sauce and Prime Rib topped with roasted garlic and rosemary au jus, and to finish, a Desserts Station with Pumpkin Pie, Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake, Dark Chocolate Walnut Caramel Pie, Cranberry and Blueberry Tart, Tres Leches, Tiramisu and Assorted Mini Fruit Tarts.
