Refined, Considered, and Uncompromising in Every Detail
Bremont expands its Terra Nova collection with a compelling new interpretation of contemporary watchmaking: the Terra Nova 38 Jumping Hour, now presented in full black DLC. This all-black edition introduces a fresh, confident character to the acclaimed Terra Nova Jumping Hour line.
The Terra Nova 38 Jumping Hour Stealth Black offers a considered evolution of Bremont’s field watch line. Its 38mm case and bracelet are forged from robust 904L stainless steel, treated with a black diamond-like carbon coating for enhanced corrosion and scratch resistance, ensuring durability, comfort, and reliability in any environment.

First launched in 2024, the Terra Nova collection reimagines the field watch through a modern British lens. Its geometric cushion-shaped case, low profile, and shortened lugs draw inspiration from early 20th-century military pocket and trench watches, while presenting a contemporary tool-watch aesthetic.
Inspired by early trench watches, the Montres à Guichet design of the Terra Nova 38 Jumping Hour translates this historic format into precise, modern clarity. Hours and minutes are displayed through vertical apertures, while a central sweeping seconds hand—luminous green against the Wayfinder logo—recalls a compass point, reflecting Bremont’s ongoing commitment to exploration and adventure. The monochrome execution enhances legibility and lends the watch a quietly assured presence.
Davide Cerrato, Bremont CEO, comments:
“The Stealth Black DLC edition introduces a new dimension to the Montres à Guichet design. The all-black finish is unexpected and considered, sharpening the aesthetic and giving the watch a subtle, confident character.”
Two strap options complement the modern Terra Nova case: a bracelet in polished and brushed 904L steel with black DLC finish and deployment clasp, or a black leather bund strap, providing comfort and protection. The bund strap references early 20th-century designs, originally used by pilots in WWII to shield their wrists from extreme temperatures, and later favoured by alpinists in challenging conditions. For a more traditional look, the bund can be removed to reveal a classic black calf leather strap.
At its heart, the BC634 movement—developed exclusively with Sellita—delivers precision and reliability, executing a sharp, instantaneous hour jump in under one-tenth of a second. This technically sophisticated complication is presented with minimalist clarity.
Following the sell-out success of the limited edition cupro-aluminium bronze version in April 2025 and the 904L steel edition in October 2025, the introduction of the full black DLC edition transforms the Terra Nova 38 Jumping Hour into a more measured statement—a watch that combines technical ingenuity with enduring practicality.
