Miami Swim Week may be known for its runways and rooftop parties, but one of the weekend’s most talked-about gatherings took place in a private bungalow tucked just off the social swirl—where models, media, and insiders came together for a brunch that prioritized clean eating without sacrificing flavor or style.

Held on May 31, the event was hosted by Veggies Made Great and brought Sports Illustrated Swimsuit talent together for a relaxed pre-show moment that quietly championed the brand’s mission: getting people to fall in love with vegetables, one indulgent-yet-nutrient-rich bite at a time.

The brunch menu reflected that balance. Think: Spinach Egg White Frittatas, savory muffins, crispy potato bakes, and cinnamon roll-inspired treats—all fresh from the freezer aisle, but plated like a boutique hotel breakfast. Ellie Thumann didn’t hold back in declaring the frittatas her favorite bite of the day, admitting she’s now fully hooked.

Bethenny Frankel, no stranger to the wellness world, arrived early and chatted with the Veggies Made Great team about healthy staples for busy moms. She left with new favorites in tow—and a few ideas for her own pantry. JaNa Craig, glowing in an understated swim look, declared the Cinnamon Roll Muffin “literally my favorite,” giving it an off-the-charts “15 out of 10,” proving that feel-good food can still wow a crowd.

Models including Camille Kostek, Xandra Pohl, Tunde Oyeneyin, Achieng Agutu, Jasmine Sanders, Sydney Schiffer, Ally Mason, Remi Bader, Tianna Robilard, Denise Bigot, Lexi Wood, and Grace Jackson stepped in, styled in effortless resort wear, stopping to grab a juice, a bite, and a few moments of calm before the night’s runway show. Adriana de Moura also made an appearance, adding Real Housewives glam to the laid-back, wellness-forward vibe.

With wellness now fully integrated into fashion’s social calendar, Veggies Made Great offered something more meaningful than just a branded brunch—it reminded guests that what we eat matters, even during the busiest, most glamorous moments of the year. And true to its mission, the brand continues to help everyone love their veggies—one bite at a time.
