An intimate, invitation-only dinner in Miami brought together top voices in functional medicine, wellness, and clean living to discuss the future of well-being.

On January 28, Kavita Channé hosted an intimate Clean Living and Longevity Dinner in Miami, co-hosted by Gary Brecka and Dr. Daniel Pompa, bringing together respected voices from functional medicine, wellness, media, and culture for an evening of focused conversation and connection.

Held at the private residence of human biologist Gary Brecka, the invitation-only gathering offered a discreet setting for meaningful dialogue around health optimization, preventive care, and sustainable lifestyle practices. The evening was intentionally designed to move away from formal presentations, allowing for honest, off-the-record exchange.

As Founder of Sip Channé and a longtime advocate for elevated wellness, Channé has become known for creating thoughtful spaces where science and lifestyle intersect. Her approach positions longevity not as a trend, but as a way of living shaped by intention, education, and community.

Leading the scientific discussion were Brecka and Dr. Daniel Pompa, a respected authority in cellular detoxification and inflammation recovery. Together, they explored topics ranging from metabolic balance and environmental health to practical longevity strategies rooted in functional medicine.

Iman Hasan, host of the Biohack It podcast and Founder of IHC Agency, added perspective from the media and storytelling side of wellness, highlighting how complex research continues to reach wider audiences through digital platforms and community-driven content.

Hospitality played a central role throughout the evening. Channé incorporated clean living principles into every detail, including the presentation of Sip Channé’s clean, no-sugar, low-sulfite premium wines, The Only Caviar, and a refined culinary experience by restaurateur Álvaro Pérez Miranda of APM Restaurant Group. The evening was also supported by BodyBio, a family-founded brand focused on cellular health and long-term vitality, science-backed and practitioner-trusted since 1998.

“Longevity isn’t about removing everything you love — it’s about choosing better,” Channé said.

Attendance was deliberately limited to preserve privacy and encourage genuine engagement. Notable attendees who came to support the evening included Elle Macpherson, Gary Brecka, Dr. Daniel Pompa, Ben Azadi, Catharine Arnston, Sage Brecka, Merily Duster Pompa, Jess Kane, Bradley Berman,Diego Sabino, John Kim, Jacquelynn Powers, Doyle Bramhall II, Dylan Dascal, Karla Dascal, Randee Roven, Nancy Karp, Dr. Minkoff, Jennifer Saviñon, Veronica Zarco, and Rose Thorn.

More than a social gathering, the dinner reflected a broader shift in the wellness space toward smaller, relationship-driven forums where ideas are exchanged openly and collaborations take shape. As interest in longevity continues to grow, Channé’s curated gatherings are helping shape how the movement evolves — grounded in science, strengthened by community, and guided by thoughtful leadership.
