We’ve come a long way from the wild party scenes of the ’80s and ’90s when all-night revelry was the norm, often fueled by questionable means. Today, nightlife is evolving into “daylife,” with wellness taking center stage. In fact, there’s even a South Beach hotel where beach attendants sport T-shirts emblazoned with the slogan, “Wake up to Day Life.”
Fast forward to 2025, and the cultural shift has swung to the opposite extreme. The trendsetters and influencers of today’s generation aren’t just seeking the next big party—they’re on a quest to live forever. A new Netflix documentary, Don’t Die and its accompanying traveling summit of the same name, led by entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, aim to redefine longevity and push the boundaries of human life expectancy.
Johnson brought his mission to Miami’s longevity enthusiasts on March 22, 2025, at Mana Wynwood. The following weekend, the luxurious new Palm House Hotel in Palm Beach hosted The Livelong Experience, an exclusive two-day event focused on longevity in a more intimate setting.
Closer to home, my neighbor and modern-day Renaissance man, Alvaro Nunez—an ultra-athlete, entrepreneur, and founder of Super Luxury Group—alongside his partner, fashionista and influencer Hofit Golan, hosted Creator House 6.0. Set against the stunning backdrop of a waterfront mansion on Miami’s Palm Island, this wellness and longevity extravaganza blended biohacking, networking, and cutting-edge health innovations into a seamless day-to-night experience.
I had the privilege of attending on March 8, 2025, and what struck me most was the boutique-style format, designed for a select group of health-conscious influencers. They arrived, they learned, and they shared their experiences with their vast online audiences, effectively amplifying the longevity movement in the digital space.
Hadley Henrietta, founder of Goldilocks Wellness, summed up the event perfectly: “Step inside the @contentcreatorhouse in Miami Beach, where influencers spend their Saturdays biohacking. The young, healthy, and beautiful are becoming even more young, healthy, and beautiful. How long before the rest of the country swaps margaritas for a day of biohacking poolside?”
Veronika Oskalchuk, a former World Champion Ballroom Dancer and co-founder of Miami’s Dance Flow studio, shared her perspective:
“I’ve been consciously avoiding most Miami parties lately—they usually revolve around alcohol and distractions. But this was different. No alcohol, just pure wellness, meaningful conversations, cutting-edge longevity innovations, powerful networking, and inspiring discussions on mindset. I loved every minute of it. We need more gatherings like this—events that unite conscious, forward-thinking individuals dedicated to growth and a healthier lifestyle.”
Alvaro Nunez himself elaborated on the vision behind Creator House 6.0:
“This wasn’t just an event—it was an experience, a launchpad, a meeting of minds shaping the future of wellness, business, and influence. From groundbreaking biohacking technology to transformative networking, this was a space where deals were made, collaborations sparked, and legacies began.”

Highlights of Creator House 6.0:
• Sensory Activations & Transformative Therapies – Deep movement, breathwork, and energy sessions to redefine the mind-body connection.
• Mind-Body Optimization with Elite Experts – Cutting-edge sessions designed to push limits and expand consciousness.
• High-Impact Business Networking – A room filled with brand leaders, investors, and creators forging powerful collaborations.
• The Future of Wellness & Biohacking – Showcasing breakthroughs in longevity and human potential.
One content creator summed up the impact of Creator House 6.0:
“At @contentcreatorhouse, we’re committed to scaling the world’s leading clean brands, leveraging media, brand partnerships, and influencer marketing to drive a global shift toward healthier, more regenerative living.”
Whether you’re sixteen or seventy-six, it’s never too early or too late to embark on a wellness journey. We’re entering an era where longevity and quality of life go hand in hand. So, let’s embrace red-light therapy, movement, meditation, green juices, kombucha, sound baths, and all the tools available to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
After all, even an old dog can learn new tricks. For me, it was playing the gong at Creator House 6.0. Maybe one day, I’ll perform at the next full moon drum circle on the beach. But don’t hold your breath—at least, not until our next biohacking adventure!
