Delano Miami Beach and Paris Society Launch Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi on South Beach

Rose Bar and Café Delano complete the next chapter of the iconic property

The Delano, the emblematic jewel of Miami Beach, has reopened in preview in April 2026 following a six-year renovation after its closure in 2020. The return restores one of the city’s most recognizable addresses with a renewed sense of restraint, clarity, and contemporary luxury.

The relaunch is developed in collaboration with Paris Society, marking its first restaurant entry into the United States. The partnership introduces two of its signature concepts to Miami: Gigi Rigolatto and Mimi Kakushi.

Founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, Paris Society operates more than 70 venues across restaurants, hotels, clubs, and experiential projects. Its model treats cuisine, space, and service as a single continuum rather than separate disciplines.

At Delano Miami Beach, this approach unfolds across a sequence of connected environments. CEO Rizwan Kassim describes the project as an alignment between Paris Society’s global outlook and Miami’s cultural rhythm, positioned within the Ennismore portfolio.

Gigi Rigolatto brings its Alla Grande identity to Miami following openings in Paris, St. Tropez, Rome, Dubai, and Bodrum.

The concept extends across dining room, terrace, poolside seating, beach cabanas, and sunbeds, linked through a continuous material language. The Bellini Bar marks the passage toward the shoreline.

The menu focuses on simplicity and proportion, with dishes including arancini, lobster linguine, beef carpaccio, and veal scaloppini alla Milanese.

A concept store extends the experience into retail, presenting curated fashion, objects, and fragrance.

On the fourth floor, Mimi Kakushi is reserved for Delano Members Club guests and residents.

The space draws from 1920s Osaka through an Art Deco lens by PIRAJEEN LEES.

The menu blends Japanese technique with contemporary composition, including sashimi, sushi, tempura, gyoza, black cod, donabe rice, and Kagoshima wagyu beef.

The cocktail program references Japanese silent film actor Sessue Hayakawa.

Sound draws from listening bar culture, merging Osaka and Tokyo influences with live performance integrated into the evening flow.

Rose Bar returns just off the lobby, set within low light, velvet seating, and Rosso Lepanto marble.

The cocktail list revisits established forms, including Old Fashioned, Paloma, Martini, Negroni, and Penicillin, presented with precision.

Café Delano introduces a lighter register to the property, offering coffee, pastries, and simple fare within a calm daytime setting.

“Delano has always been a place where culture, design, and social energy converge,” said Ben Pundole, Chief Brand Officer, Delano.

Together, Gigi Rigolatto, Mimi Kakushi, Rose Bar, and Café Delano establish a continuous framework across dining, nightlife, and daytime rhythm.
