Design on a Dime, an annual VIP cocktail dinner that includes a three-day sale of home goods and design, showcased the latest trends in home decor from February 1st thru the 3rd in Miami.
Hosted by James Huniford, the founding chairman of Design on a Dime, and co-chairmen Douglas Friedman, Wade Hallock, and Drew Limsky, the three-day shopping extravaganza raised $270,000 towards ending the AIDS epidemic by 2025. The funds were donated to Housing Works, a non-profit organization.
Held at the rooftop of the Moore Building, the VIP cocktail dinner and opening night reception celebrated Hallock for his work in philanthropy and interior design.
Guests were in rare form. They were given the chance to meet and mingle with participating designers and shop their already decorated vignettes–up to 80 percent off retail price.
