A refined gathering of couture, iconic handbags, and fashion’s most coveted finds.
Salon du Vintage transformed Bal Harbour Waterfront Park into a destination defined by timeless elegance and couture level discovery. From December 12–14, Miami hosted the highly anticipated U.S. debut of one of Europe’s most esteemed vintage fashion fairs. Founded in France in 2007 by Laurent Journo, Salon du Vintage is internationally recognized for its rigorous curation and its celebration of heritage fashion and collectible design, with editions staged across Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, and Luxembourg.
The weekend opened with a refined VIP preview, where guests enjoyed champagne and signature cocktails alongside a live DJ while previewing a tightly curated selection of museum quality fashion and design. Archival pieces from Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Prada established a tone of discretion and luxury.

Spanning more than 500 square meters, the exhibition presented exceptional archival finds from leading European dealers. Members of Miami’s elite arrived impeccably dressed, transforming the waterfront into a scene reminiscent of Sex and the City. Carrie Bradshaw would have been in heaven, wandering the aisles and encountering Hermès Kelly and Birkin bags alongside rare Chanel and Dior classics.

The following two days welcomed the public, drawing collectors, fashion devotees, and holiday shoppers into an intimate waterfront setting where discovery unfolded at a deliberate pace. Each moment felt considered, elevating shopping into an experience rooted in taste, rarity, and appreciation for fashion history.
By the weekend’s close, Salon du Vintage had firmly established its presence in the United States, proving that elegance, heritage, and modern glamour can coexist with quiet confidence under one roof.
