With Monday and Tuesday now added to the schedule, the restaurant opens more consistently throughout the week, offering guests additional opportunities to experience its Aegean-inspired concept beyond the usual weekend flow.
The cuisine draws from the Cycladic Islands and the broader Mediterranean, shaped by a focus on seasonal ingredients, balance, and technique. Each dish reflects restraint and clarity, allowing flavor to be expressed with precision rather than excess.

Weekend brunch remains part of the offering, extending AVA’s presence across both daytime and evening service.
Dinner service runs Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Thursday from 5:30 PM to 12:15 AM, Friday and Saturday from 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM, and Sunday from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
